Bookings

Appointments are by booking. Book on WhatsApp or by phone on 066 120 2313. Booking is essential on Saturdays.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or move an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may forfeit the session or deposit.

Consultations and patch tests

Every treatment course begins with a consultation. Laser hair removal requires a patch test before the first full session. Please tell us about medication, pregnancy, recent sun exposure, and any skin conditions before treatment.

Age

Guests must be 16 or older unless arranged with management in advance.

Vouchers and packages

Gift vouchers and treatment packages are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Vouchers are redeemable for treatments and not for products. If treatment prices increase during the validity period, the voucher holder pays the difference.

Prices

Prices shown on this site are guides. Prices for a course are confirmed at your consultation and depend on the area and plan. Promotions are subject to their own terms and are not combinable.

Retail orders

Retail products bought online are subject to the refund and shipping policies published on this site.
